It was comfortable,clean and beautiful
Everything thing was good inside the house. Just when my daughter saw outside look. She didn’t like it. But when we opened the doors she was happy with everything

The location was perfect, easy walk to shops & the beach.
Shower main bathroom, head & hose a little difficult to get the flow working properly. Outside of house & backyard needs sprucing, however the inside was a delight, very clean & comfortable.

Great location close to shops, restaurants and beach. Comfortable space, great for larger groups and families.
The garden isn’t particularly practical but we didn’t need it to be. Was perfect for our dog to roam around.

Inside fitted out well
No compendium or information about the area. Ducted gas heating didn’t work so living areas very cold, exterior of house unkempt with yard filled with weeds and litter out back, two washing machines but no drier, shower in front bathroom leaked, amenities in bathrooms just cheap commercial shampoo body wash etc in dented containers, unprepossessing neighbourhood although quiet, no window coverings on back windows facing west so would be very hot in summer as air conditioning units only in bedrooms, information on website says suitable for families and pets however no fencing at front and backyard had a tree stump covered in black plastic and litter lying around - all in all the not so “charming house” it purports to be. We checked out a day early as so cold in living areas
