Loved it

It is incredible resort, with everything you need in hand, good variety of food and drinks, pools for all ages.

Its a bit separated from town or any other place, so to go out of hotel requires transportation. Beach has some pebbles, stones on the entry.

Facility was quite big and had many opportunities. Many pools, room was clean and big enough. Aquapark was great for the kids. Staff is helpful and polite. Animations and night shows are interesting, congrats all animation team who are really working hard for this. Rooms are clean, and big enough. Alacarte restaurant was fantastic, exceed my expectations.

Many different types of food, taste was decent. Since the hotel was busy, especially there were queues while getting the food. I will suggest to extend the time period of snack restaurants after 17 which might help to decrease the peak of dinner time. I reserved 2 rooms and noted to have them close to each other since we want to be together with my family. However rooms are arranged last minute, the day before. Hence they suggested to shift us to suite room. It was helpful, but still i would like to have such an opportunity next time and I suggest arranging the rooms in advance in such cases.

Clean staff

Drinks are very poorly made. No mention of restaurants needing 5 day stay. If less than that, they won’t let you use them.
