A fantastic all round holiday resort.

A fantastic resort that provides everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Special mention to Firat Divitci at guest relations for his kind assistance. Thank you to Charlie at 'Regal Travel' (resort based). He provides a very good transfer service. There were a few things I didn't like but overall a great family resort. Azit (waiter) in the green buffet restaurant went over and above. We particularly liked the beach buffet. Lovely hot food. The management arranged us a Mexican Al a carte also complimentary. That was delicious.

Pools on the very cold side. No heated pools. We moved from the Sunset Suites as they really were not so good. I didn't like to see the vermin boxes at the corridors. No ice cream for the children at tea-time. Even lollies would be a bonus. (Ice cream is available in the resort at other times of day), just not at tea time. A bottle of beer in the mini-fridge bar would be nice, or bottled local beer part of the all inclusive package. I think there should be drinks table service at the pool area in the daytime. My advice is to stay in the main hotel. The suites are beautiful if you can afford and think twice about booking a "sunset suite".

Will come again and great for a family experience

Best hotel in the area. Very friendly and helpful young staff. Everyday has a number of events for all the family. Have returned many times and felt safe.

The size of the hotel, room we had was fantastic. Staff were great, Italian A La Carte was lovely, Great selection of food for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

If your hotel could just sort out the following it would be perfect SPA –Turkish Bath -- well this was a total RIP OFF no sauna before, the whole process was only 20 minutes very rushed and not a relaxing experience. The reason we didn’t book a massage, we have been before, and they then try to upsell you more treatments telling you that you have medical problems and if you book 5 more treatments, they will fix your problem. You can get Turkish Bath & Massage package a lot cheaper in town however we choose the SPA for our Turkish Bath as it was convenient. -there were loud children everywhere screaming and crying. There was nowhere for some quiet and relaxing time. They need an adult’s only area, or they need to stop children running around screaming and playing inside the bars. - They had awful music playing loudly by the pool until after midnight every day which was booming in the room, it was terrible entertainment, not good music. - the market shop was ridiculously overpriced and no prices on items, They are ripping tourists off. You need to extended the opening hours for the dinning room for dinner as it is chaotic.

Very clean room, great facilities, excellent stay for families

Great facilities, pool and waterpark was very nice, spa was clean and nice staff, food was typical all inclusive buffer style but high quality, mostly quite delicious. Kids club and pool clean and safe. Entertainment team was excellent, fun but not pushy. Evening shows in the amphitheater very nice. Beach is ok, not sandy but clean and nice. Room was excellent, airco works great, very clean, cleaning staff make a good effort every day.

Only efes beer available and low quality alcohol but pay more and you get imported stuff. Prices for extras are adjusted to euro prices which makes it all a bit expensive. We stayed in the sunset terrace room which was very noisy due to the amphitheatre being loud in the evening until 2330 or so

relaxing holidays at this spacious and all inclusive resort.

Great buffets with daily changes as well as the ‘ à la carte’ restaurants. 3 rooms for the restaurants , great when you’ ve older children above 13 or only with adults. Staff is incredible, smiling, available and always ready to help, Spotless everywhere. Great shows at night, though a bit short. All above makes a great vacation.

Can be difficult to find à chair around the pool as people come early on the morning to drop their towel on the chair even though they don' t show up afterwards.

Perfect

The staff was amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Seriously can not say anything bad about this hotel. It’s beautiful. The food was incredible. Beach is amazing. The pools are extremely well kept. Towel service is easy and fast. We stayed in the lake house villas. I would one hundred perfect stay here again. Thumbs up from us!

Completely let down by hotel and booking.com

It was average

paying not the cheapest rate, so to get a nicer room, my garden view, all I had was a view of a garden wall, had no Wi-Fi, which didn’t help keeping in touch with work, as on the edge of the property, hence solid wall view, also next to the cleaning station, so at 7 in the morning, all the person meet and chat, moving and loading trolleys, making lots of noise. front desk not interested, so i think the hotel is rubbish because of this, looking at the other rooms, I would say mine is the worse room in the hotel. My friend booked through loveholidays for £179 and got a sea view, I payed £218; so thank you booking.com for you professional service here. probably not use you again
