Room was clean
1. They off aircond middle of the night due to centralised aircond even though I was there in the room
2. In the morning, I asked the reception why it was off, he told that it is centralised, so they off it, they don't bother to check whether guest in the room
3. I was never asked for room cleaning. The housekeeping staff entered without my permission while I was away.
4. The TV switch was off by the housekeeping staff. Without knowing this, I called the reception staff to inquire why TV is not working, he said the switch was off by himself.
5. I've bought a liquor gift for my friend, and this housekeeping staff asked for a peg. This is not acceptable at all.
6. The owner scolded the staffs in front of the guests which is not proper and unprofessional
7. The owner and front office staffs are not friendly
8. Only during the checking out time were smiling and request for good review.
9. Not sure how this hotel gets so many good reviews.
