overall it’s fine for short stopover stay

views of Surabaya ware great. enjoyed that, and clear digital tv with multi language Chanels was good. A/C was great. beer sold in lobby I liked as it’s east Jawa, so that was a unexpected but welcome surprise. food was great in ground level entry of hotel building. plus snacks also available to buy.

room did not fill clean as expected, tooth brush on floor from previous guest, S-bend of sink smelled bad when using sink. under bed not cleaned at all. slept on top of Doona with a/c at 26c as I don’t think sheets ware cleaned or changed, or just stained. I’m not picky person, just expected a higher baseline standard of cleaning.

Spacious parking lots, kind staffs, delicious foods from d resto.....free snacks

Not soundproof...no hot water unless we ask everytime we need it to d reception.

I was upgraded to Accessible room on 2nd night.

No Soap in the Shower. Cockroaches in my colleagues room.

Disappointing

The meals from the restaurant is delicious

When i stay, i can't watch television. The staff saying that there is problem with the chanel. And i can't connect to wifi.. i didnt get user name or password from receptionist

Budget hotel with great staff and excellent location

House keeper responded to my concerns timely, and replaced those pillows right away, did deep cleaning the shower cubicle. I thanked them for recovery actions made, much appreciated. Very polite and helpful staff. Location of this hotel is excellent.

Traces of fungus in the shower cubicle. Pillows were not that clean. Their FB is pretty much for non vegan and greasy. Lots of meat. Breakfast was way too simple.

Disappointing.

I am disabled, I ordered a walk in shower on Booking.com & was informed it would be arranged. When I checked in I got a normal room with a step up Shower. I was informed I could have an accessible room on my 2nd night but it would be at extra cost, almost double. On my last morning before check out the Soap dispenser was empty. So I had to shower with water only.. The accessible toilet is converted to an office. The hotel obviously does not want my business.

Excellent budget hotel

The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The sheets had visible stains on them, however it did not feel like it was dirty by any means.
