Absolutely superb spot ,I was a bit concerned when we first arrived as it is about 20min drive out of town however they run a shuttle bus every few hours each way. It is so peaceful tranquil and the views are amazing
It's a little rundown with broken floor tiles and rusty handrails , not terribly but could do with some work to bring it back to its original glory .... Still an 8/10

The view from my room overlooked the golf course and pool area in the Vietnamese highlands. Absolutely stunning. The chief concierge, Huynh Chi Hieu is the best. His knowledge of the local area and best restaurants was spot on. He knows his craft. Also, room service staff (Thang) were terrific along with the housekeeping department.
They cut off breakfast at 9:45am and were a bit strict with it. However, every place has it's rules. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.

Quiet and clean
No ability to walk into the forest; completely oriented towards golf only!!
Very poor interpretation of English resulting in poor service from our perspective; ie wine served after or with the meal. Baby meal served last although ordered 30 minutes before the main course.
Warm white wine etc-- have a good way to go to if they want international visitors to fully appreciate this lovely place.
