The staff, the pools, the peacefulness, the food, the Ayurvedic massage and the other guests.
No beach to walk on nearby.

A/c in the room didn't work. No provision for mosquitoes which were really bothering us all night especially since a/c wouldn't work.
Bathrooms badly appointed and designed. Toilet right next to shower and no wipers or shower curtains so the floor was always wet.
This was more of a bed and breakfast with a pool than a boutique resort since the food was outsourced anyway
