The staff were very helpful especially the lady on the front desk. The pool was great after a hot day and the price was very good.

After making an online reservation for a specific room, I've been told, on the day of arrival, that this room had no water and I will be moved to a hotel next door. Then I had to fight to get the equivalent of the room I've booked, as they have presented twice a room with no balcony or only one bed or with a balcony to the streets. No one was ready to adjust the price to the rooms I was offered. So I ended up being REALLY angry, and they moved me back to the first hotel where I got a room that corresponded to the one I've booked online.
The room was very clean.
Uncomfortable, old beds.
Really poor breakfast - we've found one peeled sliced orange full of flies and one apple cut in pieces as the fruits option on this "buffet".
They offered the worst breakfast I've experienced during the month I've spent in Argentina in different hotels.
They were pretending to call different taxi companies who "happened to be unavailable", and then suggested someone who was really trying to rip us off. So we've left his car. We've only understood the entire manipulation on the day of our departure as the driver who tried to make us pay an abnormal prize to the waterfalls was sitting behind the reception desk of this hotel.
