Будинок знаходиться в тихому місці. Є невеликий балкон, на якому прикольно було пити чай або каву і споглядати на будинки навколо та повний місяць. Оздоблення квартири нове. Зручна душова. На мою думку непогане місця де можна переночувати після виснажливих походів по острову.
Це більше стосується традиції будування старого житлового фонду по всій Португалії, а саме - близкість будинку до проїжджої частини, що провокує велику кількість пилу в квартирі, та запах вихлопів і низьке розташування вікон відносно землі, в які прохожі люди можуть заглядати проходячи повз.

Está muy bien ubicado: al lado hay un parking, Santa Luzia – 24 horas, por 5,50 € la noche, a unos 10 minutos andando del centro. La calle es muy tranquila y justo enfrente hay un parque con una cafetería preciosa para desayunar, muy acogedora y con ambiente de pueblo.
Al lado hay un restaurante muy, muy bueno: Cai D’Queixo. Desde la app TheFork ofrece descuentos del 30 % (y también hay otros restaurantes con descuentos). A nosotros nos ha sido muy útil, ¡porque la comida es de excelente calidad!
Consejo útil: si vais a alquilar un coche, que tenga buena potencia. La diferencia entre pasarlo bien y pasarlo mal son 100 € :))

Swietny apartament duzy przestronny b..dobrze wyposazony, Wygodne łozko. P. MariA wlascicielka szybko reaguje na zapytania i jest b. Pomocna. Mily akcent to woda i owoce w lodowce.
Z apartamentu jest jakies 1000 m do starej cz. Funchal. Ogolnie oceniam pobyt na rewelacyjny i dziekuje😊
Lekki dyskompfort to.halas z budowy obok ale na ten wplywu nie ma.

Posizione molto comoda e parcheggio nei dintorni facile da trovare.
Odore di chiuso e umidità nella stanza, cuscini indecenti,
