Friendly staff and simple entry system (no keypads just old fashioned keys!)
The blinds in the room were not working properly and were a bit battered and twisted. Had to ‘make do’.

The facilities were basic but clean
I like that we were allocated our own shower room and toilet
The kitchen area was clean and well equipped
The people staying on our floor used our designated toilet/shower room. Maybe it wasn't explained to them. They blocked the toilet too
The blinds in our room were tired and had no way to open them

The location is fantastic and I have no complaints about the room or the facilities. It was nice to have access to a kitchen and to have a sort of living room as well, bare as it was. The bed was comfortable in my opinion, not too soft. The people at the reception were both very nice and helpful.
