The facilities were basic but clean
I like that we were allocated our own shower room and toilet
The kitchen area was clean and well equipped
The people staying on our floor used our designated toilet/shower room. Maybe it wasn't explained to them. They blocked the toilet too
The blinds in our room were tired and had no way to open them

The location is fantastic and I have no complaints about the room or the facilities. It was nice to have access to a kitchen and to have a sort of living room as well, bare as it was. The bed was comfortable in my opinion, not too soft. The people at the reception were both very nice and helpful.

Great location with a choice of 2 tube stations and not far from Soho/Leicester square area. The room and bathroom was clean with my room having one to ourselves even though it had been advertised as a sharer bathroom. We were provided with towels and toiletries and more were available upon request and having a kitchen was very useful for making breakfast and saving some money. Staff were also very good, having let us store our luggage before check in and after check out.
Shower was quite weak which wasn’t great for me personally as someone with thick hair and on the night before we left, the door to the flat locked us out (at 1:30am, drunk) and we couldn’t get in for a while. Though, they do have a 24 hour reception came in handy when someone tried to help us open the door (didn’t work, but it was definitely useful to know that we have the option to get help at any hour)
