Room size is good and bachelors can manage but its very very difficult for a family to stay here

The property needs lots of improvements and cleanliness. Lots of dust especially in beds and the bedsheets smells a lot as well. Any question we raise they mention that its due to hill station and weather. I have been to lots of hill stations and stayed in Airbnb and none of them have these sort of issues.

Damp bungalow with a creepy vibe, had to wait an hour for Check-in

The location was great amidst greenery and we could see clouds and hills in vicinity.

The house was completely damp and had a creepy vibe. Looks like its mostly closed up and hence the dampness and smell. The staff was nowhere near and we couldn't Check-in had to wait and hour and call booking.com support to fix it and finally checked in. The staff wasn't seen thereafter for cleaning or anything we need. Host ignored our call in the beginning but helped later on.
