Spacious, well equipped kitchen featuring quality utensils and crockery. Plenty of room for 6 people, the separate sitting room was a great addition and was comfortable and quiet for reading away from the kitchen (which also included a comfortable sofa). Quality bathrooms, the en-suite shower was a good size and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water available. The paved area at the back was a lovely private space with a good sized table for six people to eat. Very quiet location in a lovely area.
The downstairs toilet would benefit from a small wash hand basin. The front door opens straight on to the road (although it was never busy) so care is needed with small children and eager dogs!

Rubbish found under bed and sofa in lounge the bin in the en suite hadnt been emptied and very dusty and dirty when we moved the single bed for the children there was no fireguard and stairgate but apart from that it was very nice thankyou!!
