Very clean and tidy everything we needed was there so close to shops/takeaways etc lovely little bungalow perfect for our dogs especially with the enclosed garden and parking. We loved it

Location was excellent, very easy access to local shops, eateries and the beach

Location.. Just perfect distance from the , bars, shops as well as the beach. Gorgeous nature reserve litterally around the corner.
Great size fridge freezer,
easy to control heating and hot water.
All rooms are a good size, beds very comfy.
Good WiFi, which is fast.
Washing machine and maiden. Plus outside washing line & pegs.
Good information pack for take aways etc
It was very clean & welcoming on arrival.
This is really for future bookings, as it appears owner won't ever see the feedback.
Don't let this put your off, but just be aware.
It's become obvious when reading the guest book. As it's managed by Sykes Cottages.
Getting a reply to anything has been a huge issue. it's all chat bot & not a person.
The lack of owner involvement is a problem.
Issues raised previously and are still left unresolved
Kitchen sink, has a drainage problem.
Front bedroom definitely needs curtains.
NO CLEANING ITEMS BAR A BRUSH AND DUSTPAN
Ideally needs a cheap vacuum.&a mop & bucket.
I like to keep the home clean & tidy but very hard when there is no equipment.
A previous guest left a couple of plastic jugs as there are none.. They are no longer here.
Front door is a Yale lock., very easy to get locked out. And only 1 front door key, but 2 back door ones. We ended up leaving the 1 back door one in the key safe.
I loved the bungalow just wish the communication was better.
From a personal level the only shower is a rain forest style no way to angle it. Hard to use if you don't want to wash your hair daily.
