In a very convenient position with easy access to the city centre and the ferry to Cornwall.
We were greeted on arrival by the owner, Alan, who gave us a briefing on all the facilities and technical equipment.
The apartment is beautifully styled, well equipped and welcoming. We enjoyed the cream tea and appreciated the breakfast goods which were very welcome.
We won’t hesitate to book again, everything about the stay was so carefully thought out and we were very comfortable. Thank you so much, Alan and Sarah.

Finished to a very high standard. Quality fixtures & fittings. Excellent welcome pack provided which lasted our two night stay. A very though handover from Alan. Property was spotlessly clean. Probably the best appointed apartment we have ever stayed in.
Nothing to dislike. Would defo stay again & recommend to others

Beautiful well appointed apartment, decorated with style.
Met on arrival by the owner (Alan) who showed us around and explained how everything worked. Thoughtful welcome pack on arrival (Devon cream tea was delicious). We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will book again (if available).

The decor was amazing. I loved it. Everything was modern and clean. Alan was a fantastic host - so friendly and welcoming. Alan and Sarah even provided a Devonshire tea as well as breakfast - so well supplied.
