great location. panoramic view. near beach and cafe. no noisy nightlife.

Superb location with views over the harbour. In spite of the block's age, there had clearly been some refurbishment done and, although a touch worn in places, was presented generally very well. State of cleanliness was very good. The kitchenette was adequately equipped with the basics.
Sadly we dislike very soft beds so were unable to sleep comfortably on the highly sprung and squishy mattress - this is the only reason why we probably won't return.

The view from the balcony was fantastic and the main reason we booked the accommodation.
Not far to walk into town for restaurants, pubs, and shops.
Good quality clean towels were plentiful.
Walking along the breakwater wall. Sunset views were a delight.
Good free parking arrangements.
While most of the accommodation was reasonably clean the following areas in the bathroom need more attention: Bottom of the shower, all of the floor and parts of the door that were very grubby. (Toilet was clean) There was a cobweb in-between the inner and outer oven door.
Only two teaspoons were provided and they were stained.
Unpleasant smell from time to time when sat on the balcony
