It was my first time in this area. I had to drive there late at night, and the road was difficult to navigate; it was somewhat isolated. The breakfast was fine, but some local items cost extra, even if they were shown in their breakfast pictures. This was surprising because I believe the pictures should reflect the actual service. The rooms were clean, but they don't have daily cleaning service; I suppose you need to ask if you want daily cleaning. The staff were quite friendly. I'm not sure whether I would stay again at that hotel if I visit Trabzon. Its price was not cheap, but it did not meet my expectations.

The breakfast was good, the pasta/food in the restaurant was good, the hot tub was nice and hot and the jets were nice, lots of hot water in the shower, and the extra bedding in the closet was very helpful in staying warm. The onsite cat and dog were the highlight of the hotel for me, they were very sweet and affectionate.
The light in the bathroom was broken, and the way the lamb was placed to light the room was pretty sketchy, the heaters were not good enough, even with two space heaters in the room it was still a bit cold and the bathroom was freezing. The room with the hot tub was also extremely cold and did not warm up well even after moving the space heater into that room. The extra blankets in the closet were definitely necessary. Also, my parents told me that the heat wasn't working in their room either so they were very cold as well and did not receive space heaters. There was also only one guy running the whole place and the grill was broken so most of the food options were unavailable which is very inconvenient because it's a remote location with no other food options nearby. Not on fault of the hotel but the power and the internet also went out several times due to the storm that occurred. Another thing I noticed, we asked to change the dates for the hotel to be a couple days earlier but he said that he couldn't because there was other people staying at that time but when we arrived the hotel was completely empty, no other cars parked nearby except for the two people working there so there couldn't be other guests. He said there was a tour bus staying there but people on a tour bus wouldn't have had our room, we had the honeymoon suite on the top floor. Considering how many things were broken/unavailable I think we should have received a partial refund or some kind of extra service for free, the meals were not included despite majority of the menu being unavailable.
