Uitzicht, prijs-kwaliteit, airco, ruim, goede bedden, goede douche, inventaris compleet,zelf in-/uitchecken, goede communicatie

Wij vonden het prima en gingen overal met de Uber naar toe’(bijv naar het centrum) maar als je wilt lopen, moet je wel sportief zijn, het is een erg steile omgeving doordat het appartement hoog ligt. Bijv naar de Lidl 750 meter is een hele klim, maar wel een ervaring 😅

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé avec une place de parking privée, vraiment appréciable dans une ville comme Nice. A proximité du tramway pour se rendre dans le centre de Nice ou à la plage, et également à proximité de commerces de bouche tout en étant au calme Vraiment top ! Hôte très réactive par échange de message. Merci beaucoup Rkia

The view is good , location is fairly ok

1. You need to take shower very quickly, or others will get cold shower. On the 1st day, after my mom and I took shower, my sister waited for long time but no hot water. The lady owner said it never happened, and said at least two of us got hot water shower already … seemed like the apartment can only fit for two persons to stay. And her husband came to fix late night but failed , said they would call technical guy to come tomorrow, but still didn’t make it on the folllowing day. 2. Some places are not clean 3. One room with the bad outside curtain(you can’t open it) is hot in the day time
