Superb

The apartment is very spacious with big and comfortable rooms. In 10 minutes on foot you are in the city center. The apartment is equipped with almost everything you need in a home. There is also a very nice private terrace on the apartment. We always found parking around the apartment.

Some awning on the terrace would be nice because in the morning it is very sunny. The cooking stove is slow (but the host offered to change it). We didn't cook that much to need the change of it.

Pleasant

Close to town centre on foot. Easy parking. Quiet location.

Furniture not in best condition- things broke or didn't work ( e.g iron, bed slats, etc). No microwave. Lack of shutters in downstairs window and curtains very thin, allowing the sunlight in the room. Beddings old fashioned.

Very good

* Good location: easy to park, supermarkets are nearby, the center of Argostoli is easy to reach on foot. * The maisonette had a lot of space. * Every room had an AC you can keep on, super happy about that. * Boiler is good enough for three consecutive showers (I wish every place were like that...). * Somebody left us a bunch of food and drinks :)

Rather nits, but anyway: * Returning back from Argostoli might be a bit tiresome. * No extra power sockets in the bedroom to charge a phone etc. It's not a big deal, but why? * Dishwasher could have been handy, we were quite surprised not to find it in the kitchen. * You get a bit of a mountain view, no sea/bay though. * Overall, it's a comfortable apartment but I'm less sure about the value. I wish it had that extra something to it then.

decent.

No Breakfast was included in the price we paid. Now the location was ok although the house is actually between two roads so cars etc pass. However at night there is not any noise interrupting the sleep. It felt as if the people in Argostoli pay respect in the tourists that come to take rest and enjoy

Well, the internet connection had issues so I couldn't work most of the time which was very tiring. Also there are many insects and cockroaches ( I Think this was general issue of the neighborhood ) and we could not open windows not even once since there is no protective net to avoid letting them in. Also the courtins where not dark enough so very early in the morning we had to get up. Additionally there are stairs in the house so if you have a little baby you should ask for protection to avoid accident. Furthermore the air condition in the one room is actually put in a place where it strikes you right ahead so you end up with headache. It was issue for us since my son was sleeping there and we tried everything. Last but not least. I love pets but in the house right next to us a couple with a very nice dog rented the property but they had the dog outside so he was barking endlessly so we really had issues with sleep. For your own peace of mind if you book very nicely ask owners to inform you if pets will be staying in the apartment right next to you so to avoid issues like that. We are talking for noise right next to your ear, where you sleep.

Nice place to stay

The apartment was very big and well equipped. The people that receive you when you arrive at the property are very friendly. They leave the ingredients for a Greek salad in the fridge, together with some butter and honey. The wifi was good. I forgot something important at the property and they sent it to me. I haven’t received it yet, but hopefully I will soon.

The apartment had some issues but we contacted the property and they were sorted the day after our arrival.

Superb

This was our second stay at the apartment and again we had a great time. It's a great location just above the town and close to a supermarket and the buses. Very good value for money and would recommend this property and hope to stay again.

Okay stay with potential of being better

Very very nice host, if it wasn't for him probably would have given just a 7 (this is what the property deserves imo). Nice terrace, fully-equipped kitchen, good wifi, good location - easy 10-minute walk to the center. Quiet area, public parking available.

It's well equipped but missing essential stuff that matters - coffee machine but no coffee, washing machine but no detergent, no shower gel (asked the host and brought some) - it's nothing much, but small stuff like this costs next to nothing for a host and makes a big difference for the clients. Main AC unit in the living room wasn't working properly - we had 2 days in which we couldn't start it and it was really hot. Had a bit of a problem before our stay - the host changed our dates without our request and wanted to give us another house for half of the trip because something got mixed up. Had to stay on the phone with him and booking.com for 2-3 days before we sorted it out - not something we enjoyed.
