The room was clean and spacious.
The breakfast lady was very pleasant and attentive. Me and my partner sat for breakfast. We couldn’t eat nothing from the Chinese food. My partner just drank coffee and I sat there waiting for her. When the breakfast lady saw that I ate nothing, she went to the kitchen and sliced some fruits and arranged some cookies for us to eat. We didn’t say anything and she just noticed it and acted from care. That made the stay for us
The WiFi was terrible. When I tried to call and talked to someone about that, they didn’t know English. It was frustrating. Even the representative came to the room did a reset but the WiFi was still very bad.
Also too bad no one speaks English

早餐算是這家的亮點，走清粥小菜路線，稀飯煮得綿密，菜色豐富多樣，小孩都用"滿漢全席" 在形容了，種類多並不代表品質不好，有豬頭皮、絲瓜、黑木耳，連樹子蛋都來了… 餐廳空間不算大，想擺出較多桌數，就略有擁擠感了，尤其桌子的寬度並不搭配椅子的，椅子是略呈梯形的，兩個人並坐會卡卡的
裝潢看起來搞得有模有樣,很新的樣子， 但是插座好像捨不得給一樣， 床頭沒有，書桌也沒有， 這年頭大家用的3C產品那麼多,插座應該是住旅店必備的吧? 找了一下， 整個房間住宿區就冰箱上面兩個插座，真的有省 ( 應該沒有人會在浴室充電吧?) ，房間內的衛生紙也只有一盒在梳粧台，一般是床頭也會有，浴室沒有浴缸，沙威隆的沐浴乳洗髮精也算不錯，房間的優點是床算大、支撐性不錯，熄燈後的噪音跟光害低，對睡眠比較有幫助
假日排連幾日的出遊第一夜，在考慮要不要上清境,因為天氣不太穩定， 於是把草屯當成第一個住宿點，用booking訂房， 這裡有汽車旅館跟商務旅館兩種房型，不同房型的入住時間不同，搞得亂七八糟，也說得不清不楚，訂了房後給的訊息也是兩種房型的並列，流程上很有問題，一直以為晚上八點才是入住時間，結果是下午五點，也一直以為訂的是汽車旅館，來了以後都不一樣， 也不知道是店家刻意打迷糊帳,還是我理解能力有問題，櫃台人員反正就走完程序，一句會向公司反映就了事了,其實可以找自己家人訂訂看就知道會不會搞不清楚，訂房後，給個清楚明白的簡訊，有那麼難嗎? 好笑的是，入住時間打迷糊仗，退房時間倒是很確定清楚，是有需要這麼縮減客人的入住時間嗎?
國旅真的該提升了，我也是國內國外旅遊了二三十年的人了，感覺國內旅宿業的收費愈來愈沒它的價值，連基本的服務都愈來愈差，先從訂房清楚簡單開始做起吧!
