The property was exactly as described. It was close to the town centre and we were able to arrange a tour of Ephidas by the owner on short notice. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location; walking distance (5 min) from St John's Basilica. Owner/Manager very friendly. Beds comfortable.

It's a place that makes you feel at home, very cosy and friendly. I loved the sitting area downstairs, lovely decorated and comfy. The location is fantastic, close to many important sites.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but not impossible.

Beautiful house, beautiful garden, very nice and tasteful decorations; good location, friendly staff with very limited English.
1. Breakfast is too perfunctory.
2. Basic room facilities (slippers are probably of the worst quality).
3. We requested a double bed, got two single beds put together instead, which were not aligned properly, resulting my husband and I each almost tripping over upon the jointer.
4. We should have had a free upgrade of the room according to booking.com, but I don’t think we got it in reality.
