Nice location beautiful and comfy
Another person entered our door with a different key. This was alarming as we have a child and is a security issue. When we told the staff he laughed. It was what looked like a teenager running this location. Very unprofessional.

This was a beautiful highland chalet to experience Zakopane from. It was easy to get to from the train and easy to walk to the main street and thermal baths from. I loved the character and charm of the entire building and my room was perfect - I especially loved the balcony!
The door handle was a little loose which made it a bit tricky to lock from the outside.

Nice cozy place
I had troubles with phone charger, it was not working for some reason in the room

Nice place, more like a hostel than a hotel.
Location is close to the lifts, and close to the town and shopping close by.
Access to coffee/tea, was nice also.
Room was very small, beds could be better.
