We like the spacious room and 3 bathrooms which one have a bath

Lots of space for a family getaway. 3 large bedrooms were comfortable with very good AC and firm beds.
Getting called at 10pm to tell our visitor that she must leave was embarrassing for everyone. Maybe this policy needs a re-think as we weren't disturbing anyone. We felt like naughty children (I'm 55 years of age).

I like how big the unit we stayed. It was spacious and it has two rooms, and a working kitchen. We can save money by preparing it ourselves, it feels like a home away from home

I always enjoy interacting with the wonderful staff, including the security staff. And it is pleasant that after two years, one of the security guards is still working there.
the bathroom floods in the master bedroom because of the design of the bath tub. They did replaced the shower head but that is not the issue. I think it will help to provide additional small towel to keep the water from flowing from the side of the bath tub to the floor.
