I had a wonderful stay at The Apartment in Old Tbilisi from October 27 to 29, 2026. The host was kind, accommodating, and very helpful throughout my stay.
Before checking in, I requested a late check-out because my flight was scheduled for the evening. I really appreciated that the host allowed me to stay until 5:00 PM, which made my last day much more convenient.
The location is excellent! The apartment is just a one-minute walk from Freedom Square, with many nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops within easy reach. It is a great choice for anyone who wants to explore Old Tbilisi on foot.
During my stay, there was some road construction in the area, so I had to walk a little to reach a spot where Bolt could pick me up. However, this was manageable and did not significantly affect my overall experience.
The apartment has the essential amenities you need, including a washing machine, electric stove, iron, and ironing board. While you should not expect luxurious or extravagant appliances, the facilities are practical and sufficient for a comfortable stay.
Overall, I highly recommend this apartment, especially for its unbeatable location and the host’s excellent hospitality. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tbilisi! 😊
Upgrade of the home appliances at first i was hesitant to use the washing machine because of its outdated version.

דירה נקייה ומסודרת משופצת , נמצאת ברחוב צדדי מקביל לרחוב הראשי, כך שאפשר להנות מהשקט, עם זאת קרובה לרחוב הראשי כ-3 דקות הליכה, בדירה יש הכל לשהייה באוירה נעימה, (לדתיים הדירה נמצאת בקרבת בתי כנסת של חב"ד בית הכנסת הגדון ובית הכנסת בית רחל, כמו כן בקרבת מסעדות כשרות) בעל הדירה מקסימה עזרה בכל דבר. תודה רבה !!!

Konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde, şehrin hemen merkezinde ve gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Ev sahipleri çok yardımsever ve anlayışlılar. Gece sabaha karşı gitmemize ragmen evi açarak konaklamamıza izin verdiler.

I had a great stay at this flat in Tbilisi! The location is fantastic - just a 2-minute walk from the central tourist street, yet it’s quiet and peaceful thanks to the calm street, even though it’s on the first floor.
The flat was clean and fully equipped with thoughtful touches like an iron, kettle, and even coffee and tea provided. The clean towels and the amazingly smelling shower gel were also a lovely bonus.
Communication with the host was smooth and easy, which made the experience even better. Overall, it’s great value for money, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi!
It’s not something I disliked - just a suggestion for improvement. 💙 It might be a good idea to add a baby bed to the apartment. These beds are collapsible, don’t take up much storage space, and could be a useful bonus, as many people nowadays travel with small children.
Also, please note that parking on the street is not possible - the street is very narrow and occupied by guesthouses. As we were told, the street is unofficially divided, with each section reserved by specific owners. Instead, you’ll need to park in a paid parking lot, which costs 15 lari per day.
