המיקום פשוט מושלם. כשבע דקות הליכה מעיר העתיקה וכמה מטרים מטירת וואל. מים חמים רותחים במקלחת כל הזמן. דירה גדולה עם הרבה חדרים ומטבח מאובזר נקי מאוד!
הגענו בחורף לנופש עם ילדים. בחוץ -6, נכנסנו לדירה..והיא היתה קררה כמו קרח! לקח לנו זמן עד שהבנו איך מדליקים חימום.עד שהדלקנו חימום..זה ממש לא עזר! היה קפוא בתוך הדירה עד כדי שהילדים בכו שקר להם! בעל הנכס לא ענה בטלפון אך ענה מהר דרך מסנג'ר של בוקינג. הדריך איך להדליק חימום רק שזה לא כזה עזר לנו בלילה הראשון כי בגלל שלא הדליקו את החימום לפני הגעתינו אז הדירה לא הספיקה להתחמם מה שגרם לנו לישון בלילה הראשון עם בגדים טרמיים ומעילים כי היה קר באופן קיצוני! והשמיכות שהיו במיטות היו דקות ולא מתאימות לחורף! הדירה התחממה רק ביום למחורת! החימום לא הועיל בכלל במהלך כל הלילה! עזר לנו שהיו מים רותחים במקלחת..מים חמיםעזרו לנו קצת להתחמם עי מקלחת חמה. כעסתי מאוד! שילמנו לא מעט כסף בלשון המועטה..וזהו מצב שלא יכולתי לקחת בחשבון באף נופש שהייתי בו. 14 איש מתוכם 6 ילדים-פשוט היינו קפואים בדירה חסרי אונים! היו תחושות מאוד לא טובות! לציין כי הדירה ישנה (כצפוי מדירות במרכז העיר) וניכר כי הדירה לא מתוחזקת היטב. באחת המקלחות- ידית המים פשוט התפרקה ברגע שנגענו בה, הריצפה חורקת(פרקט ככל הנרעה ישן שכוסה עי חיפוי שטיח) כל דריכה והליכה לשירותים עשתה רעש נוראי. החדר שאמור להיות סלון הוא בעצם אחד מחדרי שינה מה שאומר שאין חלל משותף שניתן לשבת בו גם כשאנשים ישנים.. דלת הכניסה לדירה ניתנת לפריצה בדחיפה קלה- הדלת ננעלת במנעול שבקושי מחזיק את הדלת.. המחיר מממש לא תואם את התמורה! אנחנו התאכזבנו מאוד במיוחד לאחר הלילה הראשון שבו נאלצנו להתמודד עם קור קיצוני עם ילדים! בעל הדירה היה יכול לקחת זאת בחשבון ולהדליק חימום לפני הגעתינו..בידיעה שהדירה קרה והחימום לא דלק בה לפחות כמה ימים!

Ideale per una compagnia di 10/15 persone per gli spazi ampi, e i 5 bagni fanno la differenza. Ingresso con keylocker davvero comodo essendo in tanti. Comodo a tutto e a pochi passi dal centro. Personale gentile e disponibile anche se ho parlato solo via chat.
