Frustração e decepção!

A única coisa favoravel é a localização px a praia.

Infelizmente, nossa estadia em família durante o período de 25 a 29 de julho foi extremamente decepcionante. O imóvel apresentou uma série de problemas graves de infraestrutura, limpeza e atendimento, não oferecendo as condições mínimas de conforto e segurança esperadas para uma hospedagem. Para que outros hóspedes fiquem atentos, listo abaixo os principais problemas enfrentados: Estrutura dos Quartos e Camas: Dos 4 quartos anunciados, apenas 2 possuem ar-condicionado. Os quartos são extremamente pequenos e abafados. As camas são muito velhas e desconfortáveis. Para piorar, as roupas de cama fornecidas estavam em péssimo estado de conservação: velhas, desgastadas, TV de apenas 1 quarto funcionando. Higiene e Banheiros: Os banheiros do imóvel apresentavam um odor insuportável de esgoto durante toda a estadia, demonstrando falta de manutenção na tubulação e higienização adequada. Cozinha e Utensílios: A geladeira é um modelo antigo, muito enferrujada por fora e com mau cheiro no interior. sem gelar muito bem. O fogão está com as chamas fraquíssimas, o que dificultava até o preparo de refeições simples. Utensílios de cozinha velhos e desgastados. Área Externa e Lazer: A água da piscina estava verde, sem condições de uso para a família. Além disso, havia acúmulo de entulho e lixo jogado na parte de trás do quintal da casa, transmitindo uma sensação de abandono. Segurança: A casa não possuía tranca para os portões externos. Atendimento e Comunicação: entrei em contato com a proprietária para onformar ao ar condicionado defeituoso, ela disse que ia mandar o tecnico e nada e depois enviou um ventilador. A pessoa encarregada de nos entregar o imóvel não explicou absolutamente nada sobre o funcionamento da casa, não entregou nenhuma chave e foi embora sem prestar o suporte necessário. Pelo valor pago e pela expectativa da viagem, a experiência foi péssima. O imóvel precisa de um cuidado melhor. Pelo valor cobrado e pelo que foi entregue NÃO RECOMENDO!

Chegamos em tutóia e a casa estava alugada para outras pessoas, ficamos sem hospedagem, éramos 13 pessoas e tivemos que nos virar pra conseguir pousada em cima da hora! Uma irresponsabilidade.
