Location and number of beds

Towels were not on beds and all in the upper bathroom so hard to find initially. Bathroom downstairs did not work as head missing. No cleaning facilities to wash up and basics not there

A family night in Bath

The location, the cleaning and the overall quality of the house.

The house was a very peculiar structure. Kitchen in the ground floor. The living room in the 1st floor. A in-suite bedroom in the 2nd floor. Three more bedrooms in the 3rd floor with one wc for the all rooms. So, we need always to go up and down through the stairs to use the entire house which is not very friendly. For our group (6 people) worked well because it was just one night. But for longer stays this may not be the right place to stay.

Was looking a bit tired. Paintwork. Sofas all marked and old. Decor in bedrooms a bit random. Neutral would be better
