Naprosto úžasná komunikace s majitelem! Jako WAU. Paní, která připravovala snídaně a uklízela, byla vstřícná a příjemná. Krásná lokalita a krásný pokoj. Měla jsem týden před porodem a mé ubytování zde přispělo k tomu, že jsem byla v klidu a pohodlí a vše dopadlo dobře. Mnohokrát děkuji!!!

Přítel trochu frfňal na parkování, ale to je v porovnání s ostatním v podstatě malichernost. :-) Jen bacha, když jezdí popeláři! Straší tu brzy ráno. :-))

v centru, restaurace a vše na dosah. Čisto.

Není parkování, na noc pokud chcete, tak musíte platit plus 250Kč. Chybí informace od recepce, kdybychom se neptali, tak nic nevíme. Personál nemluví česky, jen trošku.Anglicky vůbec, což snižuje kvalitu služeb. Vietnamská restaurace v přízemí super, ale celý hotel je načichlý přepáleným tukem. U snídaně nebyl servis. snídaně skromná a sýry,salám i pečivo celkem oschlé jako by tam odpočívaly již delší dobu.

Die Aussicht vom Zimmer in Richtung Kirche war schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet in der Kellerbar war vollkommen ausreichend.

Das Personal ließ keinen Zweifel daran aufkommen, dass ihm das handschriftliche ausfüllen der Check-in-Formulare Überwindung kostete und bekräftigte das Ganze mit dem Satz "Muss ich wieder so viel arbeiten!". Letztenendes wurden wir noch zur Entrichtung der Kurtaxe in Höhe von 50 Czk bzw 2 Euro pro Person und Nacht aufgefordert. Dafür gab es dann auch keine Zahlungsbeleg. Das Bad war zweigeteilt: Ein Raum mit Toilette und Waschbecken maß ca. 1 x 1 m. In einem separaten ebenfalls ca. 1 x 1 m messendem Raum befand sich die Dusche. Um nun vom einen in den nächsten Raum zu gelangen, musste man eine ebenfalls ca. 1 x 1 m messende Miniküche durchqueren. alle drei Räume waren fensterlos. Im Zimmer selbst befanden sich neben den Betten keine Nachtschränke und nur ein Bett verfügte über eine Nachttischlampe.

Es gibt nichts was man besser machen könnte!

A business that is unethical at its best!. We arrived 50 minutes early to the posted check in time. Doors we locked, and all of the phone numbers no one responded to. No correspondence had even been recieved by us as to what to do for check in which is standand. What type of business is run where nobody can be reached. Anyways, went next door searching for someone to help us. They sometimes provide the keys for the patrons, but in this case the keys were no where to be found. After they finally contacting the owner, they found the keys were in a different location. At this point the owner gratiously offered us a glass of beer at the bar across the street for all our troubles. We kindly accepted. We thought that very kind at the time. It was also fortunate that we were there,at that tie as the service transporting our luggage arrived at 2.30, with one around and with again no one to sign for it. What is even more incredible, is the audacity to charge back these drinks back to us the next morning citing that because we were early he did not have to offer us any drinks. He also tried to disguse this as a city tax (reciept provided to us) which was not the case. The city tax was only a small sum not what was asked from us. We paid the requested amount of course as it was never offered genuinely. But it leaves us to think of what type of business this man is running.

Super friendly Hosts, placed right next to the chateau. Great breakfast. Nice restaurant right next to it. We came with bicycle which we could safely store inside
