Worth a visit!

COD is all about the casino, but it's also a hotel. The place is super fancy and everything is brand new. The rooms are absolutely amazing and the whole property is clean and fun to explore. The best part is that the prices for food and drinks are really reasonable compared to other places we've stayed at. That's definitely a plus. Since we had our kids with us, we made sure to check out "Kids City" every day. It's the kids club and it was so much fun. I have to give a shoutout to Evagalia and Marina, they made the experience awesome for us and the kids!

I don't have any complaints, but it would be helpful to have a map that provides clear directions and guidance on navigating this large establishment. Additionally, it would be greatly appreciated if there were activities or amenities specifically designed for children under the age of 4.

מיקום גרוע רחוק מהכל חובה רכב או מונית ארוחת בוקר טובה אבל רק בימים שהמלון יחסית ריק טיפה מתחיל להתמלא ומקבלים שירות גרוע הייתי שם שבוע אז אני יודע על מה אני מדבר יום ראשון שני שלישי הייה בסדר יחסית ואז מגיעים לסוף שבוע הם לא עומדים בלחץ של האנשים לא קיבלנו שום דבר ממה שהזמנו מהמלצרים לא חביתות לא שתיה חמה אכזבה אחת גדולה

רייח של ביוב חריף יוצא מהמקלחת והשירותים בחדר ברמה שאי אפשר לישון בלילה ובא להקיא הרייח בא בדרך כלל בשעות מאוחרות בלילה הייתה לי הזמנה לשבוע וחזרתי הביתה יום לפני, אוכל בבריכה אי אפשר להזמין רק שתיה, לא שמעתי על דבר כזה בחיים רוצים שתשבו במקום ספיציפי בבריכה רחוק מאוד מהבריכות עצמם וגם שם לקח שעה עד שקיבלנו ציפס שהזמנו, השירות מסביב לבריכות איפה ששוכבים במיטות גרוע בקושי שייש מלצרים ועד שמגיע מישהו מתייאשים ממהזמנה הזמנו קוקטייל אלכוהולי פעמיים פעם אחת הגיע טעים פעם אחת גרוע, הבריכות ממש קרות ועוד נפלנו על ימים של שרב של 30 מעלות ויותר וממש קר בקושי אפשר להכנס לבריכות גם לזאת שבתוך הספא בושה שלמלון כזה אין בריכה מחוממת, כל האטרקציות לילדים היו סגורות כולל הפארק הגדול ואף אחת לא עדכן זאת באתר או במייל, בקבלה אמרו שהייתה סופה ולא יודעים מתי הפארק יפתח מועדון הילדים לא מכניס ילדים מתחת לגיל 4 גם זה לא עודכן באתר המלון, מלון שבנוי רובו וכולו על הקזינו וככה הם מתנהגים מה שמעניין אותם זה כסף גם שבאתי לעשות את הצ'ק האוט בקבלה טיפלה בי PATRICIA בחוסר מקצועיות והקשבה וגם שקראה למנהלת שלה FLORA התנהגה מאוד בזלול אמרתי להם ששלושה ימים אני לא ישן בגלל הרייח של הביוב ואפילו מונית לשדה התעופה הם לא הסכימו לתת עד שהורידו 28 יורו על הקוקיטייל הגרוע עשו טובה מסעדת האורה במלון הייתה סגורה לטובת בופה שוב אף אחד לא עדכן ונשארנו עם ילד רעב הזמנו לו משלוח מהוולט ואז המאבטח לא נתן להכניס שום אוכל מהוולט או מכל מקום אחר למלון אשכרה רדף אחרי אישתי בגלל מנת פסטה לילד בן 3 המסעדות במלון יקרות ולא שוות הכסף בכלל אכלתי בכולם חוץ ממסעדת הבשר שעדיין לא נפתחה, בקיצור לא חסר מלונות טובים בלימסול כמו האמרה או ה פור סיזנס למלון הזה אני לא ממליץ להתקרב בכלל מקווה שחסכתי למישהו את העוגמת נפש!

משפחה + ילדים בגילאים שונים

מלון יוקרתי מאוד ומפנק - מותאם למבוגרים בלבד. ספא באיכות הכי גבוהה שיכולה להיות.

כל המתקנים לילדים סגורים, אטרקציות מהממות שעבורן נסענו למלון הזה ולצערי הכל היה סגור ולא פעיל. אין חדר משחקים שמותאם לתינוקות ולפעוטות.

waiting them 2 hrs at reception because they couldn’t find the reservation we get in 3:00 in the morning exhausted they didnt offer us water we ask for water and they tell us to get into casino to get from manual machine instead of small bottles

Quality build in room was average, had to pay a deposit upon arrival and the fact that this was not advised in advance was not professional. Staff service was mediocre. Room facilities ok, nothing over and above to create customer satisfaction and the want to return.

מלון ברמה מאוד מאוד גבוה! ארוחת בוקר מפנקת, שרות מצויין , חדרים גדולים, הכל נקי. לכל שאלה תמיד נותנים מענה. מלון מעל 5 כוכבים!!!

שימו לב לדברים שלכם טוב טוב!!! מעלימים דברים מהחדר!

כולם נחמדים ,חייכנים והמקום מאוד נקי ומעוצב בצורה יוצאת מהכלל.

שנגנב מהחדר שלי מייבש שיער מקצועי שהבאתי איתי , כנראה בעת ניקוי החדר והמלון לא לקח אחריות על הדבר ולא נמצאה האבדה. נאלצתי לעזוב בידיים ריקות וללא מענה מצידם !!!! הלם!!! פעם שעברה נעלם לנו תיק יוקרתי ולקח להם מעל לשעה לאתר אותו, הסיבה שהצליחו לאתר בסוף, זה כי הדרכון שלנו היה בפנים ולא יכלנו לעזוב את הארץ בלעדיו. התיק נשכח בכספת, עשר דקות אחרי שיצאנו מהחדר לעשות צ'ק אאוט הכספת כבר הייתה ריקה והתיק לא נמצא! חיכינו בלובי יותר משעה עד שהצליחו למצוא אותו!!! תבינו בעצמכם! אם לא שמתם לב באותו הרגע, תשכחו מהפריט כי לעולם לא יימצא ואף אחד לא ייקח אחריות! הם מיומנים בהעלמת דברים בתוך העגלה של החדרניות יחד עם הכביסה! אז שימו לב לדברים שלכם טוב טוב!!! פעמיים שקרה לנו ,זה כבר לא מקרי!!!

מלון מפואר, מפנק, צוות אדיב המתקנים ברמה גבוהה, הניקיון מבריק, ארוחת הבוקר ברמה גבוהה מאוד עם כל התוספות שאפשר לבקש. החדר ענק, מרווח, מאוד נקי, המקרר מלא וניתן לשתות חופשי ללא תשלום, פשוט חוויה נהדרת ובטוח אשוב בהקדם.

The facilities, staff, breakfast were all exceptional. The hotel was sparkling clean and the room very comfortable!

Only one small issue is that there is no plug next to the mirror!

Номер хороший , чистый

Первое-это регистрация. Нужно простоять 40-50 минут в очереди на ресепшене, чтоб заселиться. Очередь там всегда и не хватает персонала на стойке регистрации. 2—завтрак. Такое чувство, что это не ресторан , а базар. Люди толкаются , берут еду руками, столов не хватает так как этот ресторан для гостей гостиницы и казино вместе. В ресторане очень грязно, шумно. Сначала мы пол часа искали свободный стол, потом мы пол часа ждали пока его уберут , потом мы пол часа ждали кофе , так как не было свободных чашек… это ужас ! Потом мы пошли на бассейн и на стойке с полотенцами узнали где мы можем лечь , нам сказали , что можем выбрать любое свободное место, мы пошли в кабану у бассейна , через пол часа к нам пришли и сказали заплатить 1200€ за то, чтоб там лежать . В эту сумму ничего не включено . Мы конечно же ушли оттуда. Когда мы выселялись из гостиницы , то ждали пока заберут наши чемоданы из номера около часа . Я звонила на ресепшен 3 раза и напоминала. В этой гостинице никто не уважает ваше время, шумно , нет сервиса , завышенные цены , и за каждую мелочь пытаются взять больше денег. Худший отель на Кипре

שירות מתחת לכל ביקורת, הזמנו 3 חדרים.... חדר אחת קיבלנו רק בשעה שש וחצי לאחר צעקות.... השרות בקבלה ירוד מאוד. ניקיון חדרים- עד שלא ביקשנו כמה פעמים לא ניקו אותם. חדר אוכל בלאגן אין מי שמושיב אותך ואין מקום. קפה לבקש אי אפשר או שמחכים מעל עשרים דקות..

Good potential, far from fulfilled

The hotel is big and very luxurious. rooms are very big and spacious, with high quality materials, although lacking in the small details (for example, the shower floor doesn't habe enough incline, so the water drain very slowly - and sometimes overflow). the staff was very, very patient and welcoming. breakfast was nice, but could be more diverse. a lot of pools, all are big, with a lot of towels everywhere. there is also a beach-like pool, with actual beach sand, which is a very nice tweak

the biggest problem is the casino. i like casinos, i visited a lot over the years. the things i saw here - i never seen before. it is VERY big and fancy, Vegas style. but only on the outside... there are NO waiters!!!! if you want a drink, you need to get up and go to one of the small carts over there, and ask. and the carts have only a few drinks - i asked for Coke Zero, and they did not have it... when someone at my table asked for Grey Goose vodka, he was charged 13 Euros! even the smallest casinos offer free food & beverages to the table. not here. minimum bets are way to high. for example, all Blackjack tables are 25 euro min. all roullete tables are minimun 5 euros per number!!! every casino have at least one table per game, with a low betting minimum. to conclude, the difference between the glamour of the casino, to it's actual services, is HUGE. about the hotel - they have not taken care of the small details. there is a bar in one of the pools - it is a nice gimmick, having a drink in the pool, on the bar. but, when i asked for the menu, i was reffered to a barcode to scan on my phone . i am in the pool, my phone is NOT on me... so i just had to guess what i want to order... the hotel is not yet finished, so a lot of parts are still being built, meaning a lot of the times you are walking and suddenly you find yourself in the middle of a construction site.... breakfast needs more diversity IMO, there is a selection - but of the same things (cheese, eggs etc.). also, to go in or out of the breakfast, you have to decide weather to go through the casino (which is not allowed with shorts or open shoes) or through a ball room.
