The place is basically a student residence, with all the things you might expect to see… So really practical, with lots of space if you want to sit downstairs and do some work. The rooms are very functional and simple, clean and comfortable; the staff are friendly and the breakfast was okay except that I’m a coeliac so I couldn’t eat very much apart from ham and a boiled egg, but that wasn’t their fault.
Gf options at breakfast. Most countries I visit are now good with allergies. France is pretty terrible, so no beef with this hotel in particular

Great size, clean and comfortable rooms. Complex is equipped with all amenities. Breakfast was good, would gladly come back.
One side of the bed was too soft. Luckily the bed was large enough.

Honestly, not much. The location was acceptable, but that’s about it.
The breakfast was extremely basic — don’t expect anything special.
Shockingly, my wife found a cockroach in the bread, which made her feel sick for the rest of the day.
The hallway and elevator were dirty, and the room looked nothing like the photos.
Right after check-in, we found a long strand of hair in the room, clearly showing it hadn’t been cleaned properly.
Also, there was no daily cleaning service — during our 4-night stay, no one came to clean the room.
