I ragazzi che lo gestiscono meritano incoraggiamento e lode, ma per il momento l’alloggio è funzionale per una o due notti. Per periodi più lunghi si avverte la mancanza di diversi confort. La struttura antica recuperata, la vista sulla vallata dall’area comune, la disponibilità e la cortesia di Loris valgono il pernottamento.
Per ovvi limiti strutturali (casa ricavata nella roccia nel centro storico di Atessa) gli spostamenti non sono agevoli. La camera con due letti singoli e i due bagnetti sono ciechi, manca l’aria. La camera matrimoniale ha un balconcino e affaccia sul centro ma non c’è zanzariera e l’aria condizionata non funziona quindi la notte è stata dura.

Camere pulite e confortevoli,personale accogliente e posizione della struttura con panorami bellissimi.
Mancano le zanzariere alle finestre che non permettono di tenere le finestre sempre aperte,aria condizionata ok.

Good communication with staff prior to arrival. An unusual building, with character. Facilities in a kitchen to do some food prep. There is a shared , large terrace with fantastic panoramic views overlooking hills opposite.
My room was good enough, no issues.
Quite difficult to locate once I arrived at Atessa.
There is only one allocated parking space ( I was lucky to be the only 'paying' guest there).
The light outside my room didn't work so had difficulty finding the keyhole at night.
There were workmen staying in rooms near the kitchen area. They certainly didn't cause me any problems ..... but didn't appreciate seeing them walking around in just underwear ..... and cigarette ash here and there in the kitchen ( I don't smoke ).
