Location was great near the station but there was no train noise. The sofa bed was amazing. Most comfortable one I’ve come across.
The workmen on the roof at 8 on Saturday morning. Lounge lights were tricky to turn on and off.

Great location, clean and well apportioned. Good value for families.
Only the stairs, but it’s a top floor flat and was advised beforehand. Helped get the steps in too!

The location was really great (about 3 minutes from the train station and tube station). The kitchen has a modern feel. We received all relevant information about the accommodation in a very reader-friendly format in just one email.
My complaints are:
One bed sheet was very dirty. However, after complaining, we were given a new one without any fuss.
There was still coffee in the coffee pot when we arrived. The apartment was not very clean, but just about adequate.
