It was really homely and the owners were very pleasant and friendly. It was clean and the breakfast was lovely. Fantastic view out over the river.
Unfortunately we had a leak in the bathroom and we were unable to use the hot tap in the sink and it leaked onto the floor - the owners did try their best to rectify it.

Although it's a walk from town the location gives excellent views of the river and the distant country side. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. Nice not to have a TV on 😉
Although there is a kettle and fridge it was a shame there wasn't a small supply of coffee and milk especially as we arrived very late in the evening.

The constant sound of the river meant that unlike many places in Kutaisi, street noise was not an issue; just surrounded by nature. It felt like the countryside yet the great vibe of the city was just a 1.4km walk down hill.

The hotel is a bit of a hike out of the centre (about 20 mins) but it's quite a pleasant walk. It's also very clean.
The owners were also very nice and even looked after my bag when it was dropped off by the airport
I was hoping for a place to look at the river at night but my room was at street level facing the road so it wasn't really an option. Noise also carried from other rooms
