This is a new and beautiful apartment! The beds and couches are some of the most comfortable we have experienced in Morocco. The apartment is perfectly clean and the kitchen very well stocked to make any meal you like. Coffee was provided for the very nice espresso machine, which we found to be such a wonderful surprise. The bath towels were like a 5 star resort. The laundry room was a treat and having a place on the roof to hang our laundry where it wasn't full of dust like other places we've rented made mom the happiest! All of these things make this a 10* apartment but it gets better! Ben and Bouchara are the perfect hosts. Clear direction, quick responses and the most welcoming of check ins made us fans right away but to add to it they even helped us have a traditional moroccan meal of lamb at home. Ben arranged for a full meal to be brought in and it was Devine! Home made bread and tagine with lamb and prunes was better than any restaurant. I highly recommend you ask about this option.
There is a marjane superstore within a short drive and a Bodega just downstairs for any small items you need. The neighborhood is growing but safe and bright. There was some construction noise but only during business hours so it never bothered us and we had been made aware of it before our arrival which I appreciate. This was a great way to stay in Fes but have some quiet away from the old medina. You'll Definitely want a car if you are going to explore at all.

Spacious apartment; well equipped; comfortable beds
Did not have warm water, but it was serviced the next day; does not have a standard shower head, but a small rainfall; central heating but does not heat every room equally; often sulphur smell coming out of the climate vent; the windows in one of the bedrooms open towards utility, but utility has windows towards outside
