not a lot
when arrived, two towels were dirty, didn’t look or smell washed, first night getting into bed I noticed stains on the bedsheet and duvet cover. all dishes, cutlery, pots & pans had leftover food on them, shower & sink was dirty, had to clean it myself, floors weren’t cleaned properly either. also what would really bother me and my partner was a few minutes after the toilet being flushed, there was a horrible smell coming out every single time, even from the bathroom sink water, which didn’t seem clean either, it had a smell to it too. and neighbours were very loud during all hours of the day and some during the night, and the halls didn’t smell pleasant either. i personally don’t believe it was worth how much I paid for. personally i’d like a partial refund as it was not welcoming at all nor was it clean as i had to buy products & clean everything myself on the first day.
