Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus zu Gast. Wieder wurden wir persönlich und sehr herzlich von Maria Chiara empfangen. Man fühlt sich schon beim Betreten des Hauses superwohl - top renoviert, modern und penibelst sauber (selten so erlebt). Sehr gute Lage, privater Parkplatz vorhanden. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da! 😃

Unglaublich nette Vermieterin, wir wurden persönlich begrüßt und haben uns sofort sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet, alles ist neu und super sauber. Perfekt für eine 6-köpfige Familie - 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 wunderschöne Bäder. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz. Tolle Lage - man ist in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto an der Stadtmauer von Lucca. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

This is one of the best accommodations I have ever used in my last 25 years of intensive travelling around the world. We love Italy and we love Lucca really much - this was our 4-th visit to the town but this time my group needed 4 separate bedrooms and Rania apartment is not just the only place I was able to find but as I said -0 one of the best ever. Location is very nice - just few minutes ride to the the town of Lucca. Excellent parking place few meters from the house is provided. The 3 storey apartment is looking brand new build upq with all around modern and friendly designed furniture and facilities. Living common area and the fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor are completed with separate large and comfy bathroom - big and enlightened as Italians do. On the next 2 floors 4 large and comfortable bedrooms are situated - 2 on each of the floors - all air conditioned which in a summer Toscana is a must and in between them a nice fully functional bathrooms are provided too. If the heat will allow - you may use a beautiful terrace on the first floor as well as a the morning shade tables in the yard right next to the entry door. Capannori is just nice quiet community - like a cute small town with everything you need in walking distance or few minutes with a car. Most of needed things such as coffee shops, restaurants, grocery and a supermarket are close at hand. LAST BUT MOST IMPORTANT - Chiara Maria is the best and the most helpful and caring host you can imagine - speaks good English and helped us personally with one quite unpleasant problem that appeared. Going to Lucca? - if you are with a car - and even without one - Rania Touristic Location is the place!
Everything was fantastic - one thing which is not a complaint but rather a warning - house is not suitable for strongly disabled and hardly walking guests who need a wheelchair or assistance for moving on.
