A beautiful property. Very elegant with lovely decor. Great location

A little bit of extra TLC on the terraces . Some bird droppings on the main terrace at the entrance. The plants a fab but the pots are standing in stagnant water. Gives a dank smell. It is such a gorgeous property these things just spoil it a tiny bit.

Small, beautifully decorated hotel. Nice rooms great location and amazing roof top pool area. Excellent value for money.

Nothing really

The accommodation is located close to the centre of Cospicua, in a quiet and convenient area. It is renovated and fully equipped, and the location makes it easy to get around, either on foot or by bus. The ferry stop to Valletta is also quite close. The owner was very kind, friendly and helpful. The area is generally quiet, although there is a church right next to the property and the church bell rings quite frequently. Personally, it did not bother me significantly, but it is something worth mentioning for future guests.

However, there are a few things that I believe need improvement in order for guests to be completely satisfied with their stay. We stayed in Room 5, which is located in the basement of the property. As a result, there was very little natural light and ventilation. There was a very small window facing the street, but it was covered, so the room felt quite humid. Since there was no proper window or ventilation, it was also difficult to dry our swimsuits. We eventually had to use the hairdryer to dry them. Another important issue is cleanliness. The decorative pillows on the bed, as well as half of the towels provided, were dirty. I believe more attention should be given to cleanliness, as this is a very important part of the overall guest experience. I should also mention that the room is not cleaned during the stay. There are, however, enough towels to manage throughout the stay, provided that they are clean in the first place. As for the bed linen, it remains the same throughout the entire stay. One of the positive features is the beautiful rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy the view and use the swimming pool. However, the pool needs better cleaning and maintenance. It would also be a good idea to have a proper water filtration/circulation system so that the water does not remain stagnant for long periods of time. Overall, the property has good potential, with a great location, renovated spaces, good facilities and a very kind host. However, it needs more attention to cleanliness, ventilation and general maintenance to become a truly good accommodation option.
