The location is superb. It really is right in the middle of things and it’s a 10 minute walk from the train and bus terminals. Self Check in was very simple to follow and we were given some excellent recommendations for authentic local food. I’d definitely stay again if in Palermo

We had a fantastic stay at Demetro Rooms. Our apartment was huge, with a very comfortable king-size bed, two single beds, a private bathroom, and excellent air conditioning, making it perfect for us. The shared facilities were clean and well equipped, and we loved having a balcony to relax on.
The property felt extremely secure, with four locked doors before reaching our apartment, which gave us great peace of mind. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Palermo’s old town, making it easy to explore all the main sights, restaurants, and markets on foot.
A special thank you to Andrea, who met us on arrival, showed us around the apartment, explained how everything worked, and made us feel very welcome from the start. His friendly and helpful introduction made checking in smooth and stress-free.
Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and an ideal base for discovering Palermo. We would happily stay here again.

Location was great, near the hustle of Palermo. The room was clean. WiFi and TV worked great. Our host was very accommodating and allowed us to keep our luggage there for a few hours while we explored.
No complaints.
