Great location, right on the water at Dundee Beach. Walkable (easily) to the Tavern and the boat ramp for any boat charters. Rooms are a little small (good air con) but the central shared spaces are extremely spacious so there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Well equipped, large kitchen - large indoor seating with Tv etc, plus a lot of seating and relaxation space (sofas, hammocks, table & chairs) on the verandah. Plunge pool also good. We went for relaxation, and that was very easy to achieve, sitting looking out to sea and watching the birds come and go in the garden. Friendly staff and owners (we met Ben) - very welcoming and provided good information before we arrived as well as during our stay.

Great position on the water, easy walking distance to the pub with a pool and a bar fridge in the room.

Everything was better than expected.

The view was outstanding. It was clean. Rooms were super cold. Staff were nice. Bedrooms & bathrooms were super clean. Kitchen was super clean And massive, like the aircon touch. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. The administration contact was great.

The pictures were misleading. We didn’t realise it was shared accomodation. No advisement of this when we made our booking. We had to share the place with 4 other couples AND camper trailers and caravans that were parked down the back of property. Had to share pool with campers down the back. We lost power from lights, aircons, bbq and kitchen. BBQs not hot enough to cook steaks on. A slow cooker & rice cooker would be a great addition to the kitchen. Bottled water on offer in rooms or could buy it at a cost would be good. People smoking in the no smoking area and around our kids. Tree came down in yard and almost hit 4 of our kids playing in yard, lucky the husbands heard the cracking in the trunk and got them off the lawn. Cameras on property-We were being filmed by cameras and we were not advised. Lady next door came to cut lawn at 8:30 am and it almost seemed like she was moving us on re our last morning…soooo frigging noise couldn’t drink our morning coffee.
