A good hotel. Easy access to Europa Park. Large room with a fridge for our drinks which was great. Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold with egg dishes freshly prepared if you wanted. We had a view of Europa Park from our room.
The staff were great but only one really understood English , better than our understanding of German though! The room has a kettle but no tea , coffee or hot chocolate so I don't know why they have that. The basin in the shower room was cracked so not really hygienic. They have a lift but it is very slow , we used the stairs. The pillows weren't the best , very soft square ones.

I booked last minute because of the heat, and they let me enter early.
Great staff. Very clean.

Easy check to check in, on site parking, included breakfast.
Seemed overpriced. The plug in the sink would not drain, the floor is completely tile with no area rug, our room was right next to the parking lot so we could not open our blinds, no complimentary water in the room.
