We stayed at Gading Homestay for 5 days and it was absolutely amazing! Yudi and his family is welcoming, they have a really nice property. The homestay apartments are in a separate building, close to their house but private at the same time. The room was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. The breakfasts made by Yudi's Mom were amazing, the best we had during our stay in Indonesia. We had an amazing balcony with a view of the stream and garden/trees, like your staying in the jungle. You can watch the birds and squirrels every morning. If you are patient and persistent enough, you can see a Javan Kingfisher which lives there (but it's really shy and fast).
Yudi also was our guide for these days and he arranged the programs exactly as we asked and discussed.
It was a privilege to stay with them and witness their life, really authentic experience. Highly recommended.

This place is inside a family-guarded area so it is so unique you get to experience the local culture - how they live and what they do on daily basis. They are friendly and welcoming. I need to do laundry for my sports clothes so the host kindly assisted me to do my laundry with reasonable charge. I have a great stay here as it is very quiet area.
Not suitable if you have leg issues as to get to the homestay, you need to walk up and down few times.

Location was great, 8 minutes from Yoga Barn and close to different restaurants and cafes. The place is nice, overlooking the jungle. I had big balcony in my room which was a great advantage. Breakfast was fine, hosts were very responsive.
There’s no much choice for the breakfast, but that’s very common for all Indonesia. The neighbors were making fires around, that created smoke around and sometimes felt inside the room. Room was overlooking a Beautiful pool which unfortunately belonged to the neighbors:] Overall the stay was good and I definitely recommend the place.

Clean room, next to the Yoga Barn, quiet and cosy.
I got a much worse room than on the pictures, without any apologies and explanation. The room itself had a very stuffy air.
