It was historic, beautiful inside and out, well maintained, perfect for my needs, Chester is a wonderful town, it's an exciting place to stay.

Because it is circa 1780, being downstairs is a bit noisy if there is someone staying above you, but ear plugs are provided. This is not a big problem but next time I will request upstairs.

Location was centrally located to all of the areas we needed. Bed was comfortable, many nearby restaurants, would book again.

Never saw owners the 3 days we were there. But would book again and recommend to friends.

The cost was reasonable and the room is comfortable and clean.

No breakfast available. That said, the cost of the room was low enough to offset that.
