It’s a very clean , well maintained tiny house. It’s located at the side of owner’s house with separate entrance. Perfect for a single or couple, although there’s a cot available for extra person. It’s about 30 mins walk to Raymond James stadium. Eateries are few minutes drive.
Flat linen and blanket could be better. I suggest to get a couch cover to cover stains. Otherwise I don’t have any complain about this property.

The tiny home was pretty and clean
No paper towels, no trash bags, no booklet listing nearby places to eat or visit but most of all the door would not lock from the outside. When we went out we had to leave the place unlocked which we were not comfortable with due to our belongings being inside.

O apartamento é completo e tem todos os utensílios de cozinha. A localização é ótima e o wi-fi funciona muito bem.
O local é ótimo para um casal. Se estiver em duas pessoas que dormirão em camas diferentes, creio que uma das pessoas não terá a mesma experiência que a outra. Acredito que poderia ter um escorredor de louça e alguns lugares para pendurar ou guardar as roupas.

Lokalizacja w spokojnej okolicy, parkowanie bez problemu
W apartamencie było brudno, naczynia w kuchni były brudne, w pralce był brud i pleśń, w całym domu były porozkładane pułapki na owady co świadczy o problemach z insektami. Brązowe ręczniki nie pachniały czystością i nie zachęcały do używania. W łazience było okno zaślepione drewnianą płytą, pomiędzy szybą a płytą było gniazdo os. Zgłosiłam to właścicielowi, ale nie zareagował i nie rozwiązał problemu.
