The apartment is large and very well equipped. There are two sleeping rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. And, of course, the terasse, which offers an amazing view over the roofs of the city to the harbor. The airconditioning was a life saver, because it was very hot and humid during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, which helped us get a good rest. Our host Silvia was very pleasant and quickly responded to any questions we had. The apartment is positioned within walking distance to three lovely beaches, although they were very crowded during our stay at the end of August, so we often drove to other, less crowded beaches on the island. The city was also within walking distance, with two big supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and shops. All together, we were very happy with our stay and our host.
The only minor point is that there was not enough cuttlery, cups and bowls in the kitchen. We were four people, and it was difficult to use the dish washer when already after one breakfast we were out of clean cups, glases, or teaspoons. With a few more glases and bowls, in particularly, it would be perfect.

Très bien situé, près du centre ville avec une superbe vue sur Portoferraio.
Le gîte est très bien équipé.
Silvia a été adorable, nous a très bien accueilli.

Velmi příjemná hostitelka, v apartmánu je vše podstatné. Čisto, útulno, klimatizace zjevně kvalitní. Terasa je dominantou celého prostoru, strávili jsme tam mnoho času.
Cesta k moři pěšky cca 12-14 minut, dle zvolené pláže. Celá Elba je nesmírně klidná, až neskutečně. Všude fajn lidé. Žádné diskotéky či večerní hluky. Jen vy a nádherný pohled z terasy na přístav.
Parkování je cca 100m od domu, místo není vyhrazeno. Zejména večer tedy není jisté, že zaparkujete.
Trouba a varná deska - když je zapnete spolu, padají občas pojistky.
