1. 房間、床鋪、桌子寬敞，置物空間也很足夠，即便帶大行李箱也有空間可以置放
2. 浴室的私人溫泉池空間大，出水快，而且有保持乾燥，沒有傳統湯屋那種令人不快的潮濕感
3. 房間內隔音好，在房門外幾乎聽不見房內聲音
4. 除了有幾個停車格之外，路邊的白線也可以停車，基本上可以視為有附設停車位，很方便
1. 浴室的玻璃有水痕，會讓人覺得使用痕跡比較明顯
2. 樓梯間和房門外有明顯煙味，是會令人不適的程度，不過房間內就不會
3. 樓上的排水聲會傳入房間內
