The Loft was just perfect! From the moment we entered, we were impressed! The heating had been put on for us and the fire was ready to be lit - with PLENTY of wood for the night. It was raining so we took a short drive to the shops - if the weather was nicer, we would have walked. So close to the main street of Ocean Grove. The apartment was very clean and beautifully set out. We were so comfortable. The beds were comfortable with lovely linen and pillows. Our hosts made sure there was tea, coffee, milk and a couple of sweet treats! There wasn't anything missing! I would definitely stay again - absolute luxury at an unbeatable price. Thank you Kate! Really cosy apartment, ideally located 50m or so from the main street. We stayed in mid winter and it was warm, with a reverse cycle a/c and a wood burner. The place is setup well with everything you could need, a small functional kitchen, dining area and nice lounge space, and everything has been nicely renovated. The sleeping area is upstairs in a loft space which adds to the charm of the place, though may not be for everyone since the bathroom is downstairs. The wood burner was already stacked and ready to go, and the place was spotless. Will definitely return.
Found the wood burner a little tricky to open/close sometimes, but it worked well.
