I woke up to take a shower by 09:00, the water was cold. Also please fix your plumbing, the shower and bathroom were giving off a smell,

The breakfast was excellent.
The location was unexpected...I thought when i booked that it was much closer to Maun center not realising there are 2 hotels.
It didn't actually matter as we caught the shuttle to and from the hotel but it might be an idea to offer a choice
The ongoing building was a downside

Nice restaurant with helpful staff
Renovations were being conducted and the pool was out of service. I was not made aware of this at the time of booking
