Located near Tanah Rata bus terminal, it was 10 minutes walk. Easy for us since we went by bus.
Love the fact that the lodge is a little bit far back from main road so there's not a lot of cars. Around lodge area very calm, silent.
Lodge near food court/restaurants.
Easy check in process (RM 50 cash deposit required). Check out at 11am but was given until 12:15pm.
Staffs were very helpful.
Clean surrounding of lodge. Inside lodge (living area) also very clean, comfortable to seat around.
Were given a larger room so very comfortable for 2 of us.
Clean room, bedsheet, towels & everything. Functional hairdryer.
Iron provided at the living area, also water dispenser.
Outside there's a cabin that serves as a kitchen for guests.
Parking space available especially for bikes.
The toilet is a little bit moldy on the floor & wall. Because of that, the floor is a bit slippery.
Guests with handicap or elderly need to inform/request from lodge to get a room in lower floor since they have 3 floors with stairs only.

The stay was comfortable, bedsheets and bedsheets clean. The toilet and room shows signs of wear and tear but acceptable.
The separate cooking facilities area is no good! All the utensils badly maintained and not clean. Cooking utensils are not expensive, please upgrade them! The place and cabinets could do with a coat of paint!

The room is too small. No place for me to pray. The surau is close. No proper place for me to pray.
A better place or area for Muslim to pray. Please provide TV. It's too quiet
