Great room with good space, everything needed provided and spotlessly clean. Train running through back of garden is a real bonus for train buffs and those just liking a little Steam era sentimentality. Great value for money.
The shower cubicle is a little bit on the small side for anyone with an unusually large girth, but otherwise feels great with rain shower head as well as regular shower head which can be hand held. Everything else in the room is very spacious and not a problem.

The location of Kate’s Place was perfect for what I wanted to do on my little break. The room and bathroom were just the right size for myself, beautifully clean with a little fridge, toaster, kettle and crockery, etc for breakfast. Wonderfully situated for exploring the area. I would be very happy to stay there again.

Comfortable bed and facilities , had a mini fridge with some fresh milk.
Maybe some shower gel/shampoo as well forgot ours.
