Location was "out of the way" but also conveniently not far from a main route.
Perfectly quiet at night with no disturbances.
Interior was new, stylish, very bright and modern. Very comfortable.
Shower was excellent and the kitchen was well equipped.
Hosts always available to help with any issues.
Wi-Fi was a little temperamental and took some perseverance .. needed a log in rather then connecting automatically.
Refrigerator was a beast and even on lowest setting would freeze any liquid in it. I used the top shelves to keep my milk and eggs (!) from freezing.
Some of the bathroom fittings were loose (droopy shower head, baskets and toilet roll holder).

Fabulous location and view. Sat nav got confused and sent us up a narrowing track, local farmer redirected us. Apparently its easier to find when approaching from the Newport direction. Due to circumstances we were off site a lot and too busy to use the hot tub. We would recommend this location, and would love to visit again in happier and more relaxed circumstances. There are beautiful locations for walking and many dog friendly country pubs nearby that serve food.
Getting lost on the way here and being given the wrong key code by Sykes Cottages, so had to track down owner for help.
