Die Villa liegt in einem abgetrennten Bereich, den man über eine Torzufahrt erreicht. Die Ausstattung ist umfanreich mit drei Schlafräumen, einem großen Wohnbereich mit Küche, Pool und einer großen Terrasse mit Meerblick. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Strand ist etwas entfernt, aber gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. In Flic en Flac gibt es neben verschiedenen Restaurants auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Abwicklung der Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise hat sehr gut geklappt.
Im Moment ist die Villa, bedingt durch viele Straßenbaustellen erschwert zu erreichen.

Logement très propre, calme et très fonctionnel. Situé dans une zone résidentielle, sécurisé par un portail automatique. Parking privé devant la maison.
Proche de Flic en Flac et de toutes les commodités.
Les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse et toujours disponibles, et ce, de la réservation et jusqu'au séjour...A faire et à refaire sans restriction...
Absolument rien... Ou peut être quand même une petite chose à dire : Nous ne sommes pas restés assez longtemps...

Thank you Frances and Annabelle for a truly wonderful stay. The property is well-maintained and modern. Bedrooms are spacious and we loved the decor. Location was perfect for us. Loved the pool and the 3pm checkout. Definitely would stay again.
