Staff were friendly and room cleaned to a high standard. Lovely view to the Jura Mountains from our balcony. Air conditioning was much appreciated.
Parking in the underground car park was very tricky.

The wheelchair accessible room was spacious and clean with a good accessible bathroom.
Breakfast was in the adjacent Italian restaurant and was good with friendly staff.
The location worked well for our onward journey to Reims. The drive through the Jura is lovely.
Due to some problem there was no reception when we arrived and we had to use an access code to enter via a side door. The codes were provided by email.
Hotel parking is restricted / awkward and the neighbouring car-park is closed for development. However we found a space outside.

The rooms are nice not luxurious but comfortable.
Unfortunately it's right next to a building site that started up at 0700 or 0715am right under our window. The hotel staff did not warn us about this.

This hotel really operates with minimal human staff. When there was someone at front desk, they were kind and helpful but inexperienced. The experienced staff at front desk felt it perfectly normal to deal firmly and rudely, with a guest who had to work late till 2am and be wakened at 0700.
